Mariveles Mayor AJ Concepcion personally visited the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO) to check the town’s preparedness for the incoming weather disturbance. The inspection aimed to ensure that response teams and resources are in place in case of emergencies.

Mayor Concepcion emphasized the importance of early coordination and proactive planning to secure the safety of every Mariveleño. He reminded residents to remain alert and heed advisories issued by the local government and disaster response units.

The local chief executive also called for unity, vigilance, and prayer as the community braces for the effects of the weather disturbance. The MDRRMO continues to monitor updates from PAGASA and other concerned agencies.
